The tech that came to my house was not being straightforward and honest! Tryed to sell me an overpriced garagedoor opener . Said would replace the circuit board to solve the problem with the light staying on . Then tryed to sell me overpriced new opener , i said i just want to replace the circuit board and said ok. Later that day the warranty company called my claiming the tech said it was my fault the board burned out due to 100w bulb. The bulbs are only 23w , stupid tech. This company just trying to scam people
January 2018 AHS home warranty co.sent your company out because the garage door was not operating correctly. When closing the door some times it would stop and go back and would do that several times. Like a dummy I let the tech talk me into changing the rollers because he said that was the problem ($275.) Well guess what I had a problem in July 2018 with the door not closing at all.
