Malek and the Ace staff were professional, responsive and very competent. Our garage spring broke at 10pm and by 10am the following day my garage door was fixed and safe. Thank you!

The technician was on time, very knowledgeable about what caused the problem with the garage door. He fixed the matter of minutes. I highly recommend this company for assistance and they are DIAMOND CERTIFIED!!!! Very satisfied and would give them all 10's.

on time. very professional and very kind got it done. however Nancy in office person needs to be more professional on phone and not hang up on customers! she also needs to be CLEAR with her vocabulary when leaving voice messages. sounds like she's eating or something.
