Very pleased with our six month check up on our AC unit: UV filters were replaced, new filter and batteries changed, cleaned up a moldy area and sized up our attic. Zach patiently explained what was being done , answered my questions and our next needed step to maximize cooling. The air smells fresher!!! The technician was very thorough (as far as I can tell since I know nothing about air conditioners).. he recommended surge protector which we had installed and later that week we out two quick outages so I’m sure it helped. The technician was very helpful and answered any questions we had.

Carlos spent over 2 hours on Sunday getting my unit working till new parts were available. He followed through and contacted me for the follow up and we set an appointment on Tuesday, sooner than anticipated. Today he was here over 3 hours and did an excellent job. He is courteous, clean, respectful of my home, he’s just the best!! AC now works just fine. His advice and suggestions for the job needed were very helpful.
