I have been had 3 separate service calls for my outdoor unit not working and the inside continuing to circulate the air. I called today to have it checked out again in hopes to finally solve the problem. The gentlemen that came to the house was named Andrew and was done with his shift when got the call to show up one his way home and went out of his way to help. Everything went well. Technicians were not very talkative. Could have been more social. Please don't tell them since they may be the ones to come out to complete my installation.
