Tech made a rookie mistake by not turning back the on switch on air handler unit
We're on time and very courteous. Felt a little pressure to make a quick decision about buying a new ac unit, but they were quite nice when I told them I wanted to wait.

The person didn't know he was coming to a split system. Also the last person cleaned the outside unit and there are some leaves I can't get to but got some out.
