The technician came out for the annual inspection and checked out the ductwork issues that I was having from an improper original installation. He went into the attic space and did a full inspection and then a proposal to correct the issues I had with unbalanced cooling and four or five degree difference in some rooms. He was very professional a d knowledgeable.

I have discussed this with Matt. Assume this co. Wants to expand its business. I live in a community that used your previous owner extensively. Due to the lack of knowledge or lack of social skills some of your employees were questionable. If I did not have Matt I also would no longer be using your service.
Technicians was fantastic. Be was polite and courteous and very knowledgeable. He reviewed our service history with us before starting then proceeded with the inspection. He reviewed his report with us, answered our questions and made recommendations to insure that the system would work at maximum efficiency
