I purchased deal on Angie's list. Received phone call to schedule service. It was scheduled for the first date I suggested. Adam called first then came over within the scheduled window.. He sprayed all around outside and inside. I think he did a good job. I scheduled monthly service because I think we need that in this area- but I can change or cancel at any time. I am satisfied with the provider. <br />

We were being overrun with black widow spiders on our back patio. I saw Master Tech's special on Angie's List and decided to give them a try, since they had an A rating and many positive reviews. I am somewhat suspicious of service deals, thinking many companies cut corners on their service when they are giving a deal. Not MasterTech Pest Solutions. Although they were late, they apologized and adjusted price to make up for it. I was very glad Brent was very professional and didn't take forever to assess my situation. I was very satisfied with their service and plan to switch to them for my monthly bug control starting next month. Highly recommend.

James Hoppe returned when he said he would. He was very professional and polite. He even showed me the old parts he replaced. He explained everything and the cost was exactly what he quoted. My old water softener is working well. James even called me back a few days later to be sure all was working as it should. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. <br />
First, they were super at coming out and performing the work. <br /> As explained, the technician dug trenches on the dirt and drilled holes into the concrete around the perimeter of the house. He then treated the perimeter with termite-killing chemical. So, as far as communication and doing the work as stated, it all went as one would expect.
