Great experience! Needed to get the job done within a very small window of time and they were able to accommodate. Excellent customer service from both the main office and from Tom who came out to do the job. I had recently moved in to my home so I did not have any idea what kind of pests I would encounter so I purchased an Angie's List deal as a preventive measure. I had only seen the occasional cricket inside the house & outside some spiders but no roaches or scorpions thankfully. <br /> The technicians showed up on time, were friendly, & explained everything perfectly. It went really well. He took the time to answer any questions Ihad. We agreed that they would come back every month or two in order to do continued maintenance. <br />
Tom was very friendly and professional. He walked me through how he would trap and returned 4 or 5 times to check the traps and re-bait. Always showed up on time. <br />
