My loan process was so smooth with this team! They were always in contact with me, even when I was in Canada for part of the month. Dealing with loan agencies, or finance people in general can be a daunting task and experience. You feel like you have to 'GEAR UP MENTALLY' to go deal with these people and be on the defense in order to protect your own finance and pocket book. I NEVER felt this way dealing with Adam and his team!! He was open, honest and let me know if other options might be better, or not but always left bottom line decision to me with zero pressure to guide me where they prefer I do something.
