Dealing with loan agencies, or finance people in general can be a daunting task and experience. You feel like you have to 'GEAR UP MENTALLY' to go deal with these people and be on the defense in order to protect your own finance and pocket book. I NEVER felt this way dealing with Adam and his team!! He was open, honest and let me know if other options might be better, or not but always left bottom line decision to me with zero pressure to guide me where they prefer I do something.
