Overall it went smoothly. Adam went out of his way to get us pre-qualified more quickly than other lenders were able or willing to. I would have liked to have more communication. I felt kind of in the dark about the whole process. I didn't know what I didn't know and always felt caught off guard at the last minute because there wasn't enough communication early on in each step of the process.
