Overall my experience at AdCare has been great. the staff is extremely helpful and caring. The th things I would change is the opportunity to interact with the patients more. A lot of down time is spent in rooms.
Everyone has been really nice and helpful. I don,t go to other places because I’m treated good here. I have a good plan and a really good counselor. She sees me a lot and seems to care.
They are very good. I’ve never had any complaints. Your staff are very knowledgeable and the groups are honest. Nothing is sugar coated and I like staff telling me how it is and helping me .
If you're not ready to do the WORK... then you're nor ready for recovery. They helped me gain strength to do my own WORK, if you expect something to be handed to you, feel the need to complain about the things you think staff owe to you.... you'll be dissatisfied. Simple as that.
Normally in detox facilities it’s difficult to get ppl to groups and for them to comprehend. Staff has checked on me more than I thought they would.
