Staff was friendly and helpful, and accommodating.
Overall it was a good experience, the staff are friendly, and I’m gad there is a place where people can go to feel better. That being said, I’ve met one or two staff members who were absolutely unprofessional; but that was on a previous visit, and on a different floor than I am currently on. The food could be better sometimes, as well as portion size. All in all, I’m glad this place exists, but I do not understand why there is no smoking allowed here.
