beds and pillows were wicked uncomfortable. Groups were 5 times a day and therapy in between. Little to no downtime. All in all a pretty good experience

food could be better especialy on detox floor. they use these styrofoam containers & if you dont eat rite away the food is cold and you cant reheat it cause the container will melt. councelors and nurses really seemed to care

glad I came here - Nurse Paula and Marybeth the tech always helped me to smile. Detox is hard but they were there to help me

The food could definitely use some improvement. I was somewhat appalled when I was on detox and they served each meal in a Styrofoam container. The portions were often small. There ought to be a better way to bring food to us while in detox. Often times it was cold. The counselors were fantastic. Always woke us up in the morning with high energy and a motivating group to start the day
It seems as though as with everywhere in this world sometimes they were understaffed. But the staff that was there did the best they could, and took great care and pride with helping me. A lot of groups throughout the day, very little downtime. Pretty good experience.
