Left me homeless and out on my own with no money after a covid outbreak at their facility. It was a very clean, quiet,respectful program but to do that to aa homeless veteran was uncalled for

breakfast in detox in served in styrofoam containers. if you dont wake up on time, its cold. it would make sense to serve the food in somethng that could be reheated

AdCare Rhode Island was the absolute worst treatment facility that I have ever been to in my entire life. It was worse than two facilities I have been to that are primarily funded by the state and for people with basic health insurance. The facility is dirty, the walls of the shower were yellow. Staff did not tell me until after I inquired that the walls are yellow due to the amount of iron that is in the water. The mattresses on the beds are like cots that one would find at a homeless shelter or jail. The food is atrociou... read more
