I have nothing but admiration for the vet care and nursing care my dogs have received when ever I have been there. Highly professional and yes a little expensive but you pay for what you get and I can’t thank them enough for the care they have given my dogs when they have becoming life threatening sick.

Business response:

Hi Fiona, thankyou so much for your positive words. We are so happy to have been able to care for your sweet family of dogs and are so glad they are all happy and healthy. From the team at Adelaide Vet Trinity Gardens

They don't care about your dog or cat and do not care about an emergency. The vet not proper knowledge and cannot be reached after giving wrong medication.

Business response:

Thanks a lot for leaving your feedback Vira, we appreciate it! From all the team at AdelaideVet & Emergency Trinity Gardens

Unfortunately, your response was full of justifications, your vet and nurse had no experience with dogs, they were pleasant enough, but no hands on experience with the public and dog’s.That was extremely clear at the appointment, I am writing to the VETS SURGEON BOARD to report you. Please cancel my appointment for next week. I won’t be back.

Seriously, what ever happened to vets giving your dog 5 minutes to settle them , it’s all business and no heart. I went home so upset. A hefty bill. Go somewhere els... read more

Business response:

Thankyou for taking the time to leave a review of your recent experience with us Tracey. Daisy was very anxious at her recent visit (as she was last year too) and our experienced team did everything they could to make her as comfortable as possible to be able to vaccinate her and check her sore ears. But unfortunately, despite all the pats and treats, this was not attainable without distressing her further. The experienced vet and qualified vet nurse you saw recommended Fear Free medications for her next visit - please look ... read more
