Fantastic! Great care of my dogs and a special thank you for the lovely "Thank you" present for our lab, Saxon, who is a blood donor.

Absolutely amazing. We went into stirling animal hospital with a kangaroo that couldn't breathe due to an allergic reaction. They were so incredibly friendly they were knowledgable and called up multiple veterinarians to ensure the drug they were going to give him and the dose would be effective. They were absolutely wonderful and we'll definitely be going back with our other family pets.

Waited an hour for my appointment at Stirling Clinic twice, reception staff are seriously slow. Not happy! Won't be going there again!

My family and I are very unhappy with Trinity Gardens Vet Hospital. We have had nothing but issues when it comes to the Vet/Receptionist dealing with my dog. The receptionist are nothing but rude, they do not present themselves in a kind manner, they act as if they don’t want to deal with you or your dog. From what I can remember two years ago my dog got his very first ear infection, we bought him in and they did whatever they needed to do for his ear to get better. They told us it’s an allergy issue and this happens yearly ... read more

Corporatised business trying to maximise profits. They charge really high prices yet service not that high! My cat's very sick & needs maximum rest, yet they kept her waiting 5 HOURS for a bandage change, despite me making an appointment. Obviously under-staffed, yet charging $300+ for this? On another occasion the bandage was incompletely fitted, but they claimed it was fine when I called: half an hour later it fell off. Another stressful journey for my cat & then they asked if she was confined adequately - as though was m... read more

This vet have taken all out savings and taken our dog too just because we couldn’t spend thousands and thousands more to save him. You have broken the hearts of our 5 kids, they emptied their piggy banks to save him and now they all have no money and no dog. But you’re all happy to keep him. All you care about is money, show some compassion for a struggling family. The best place for him to be is with his loving family. It’s obvious you don’t have the animals best interest at heart when you do stuff like this. I will never ... read more

Frankly it should be minus 1. Christmas Eve, booked appointment for cat @ 9:45am and saw vet at 10:35. Simple abscess behind ear needed lancing. Quoted $1100-$1400, left disgusted after paying $175 for the late consult and some antibiotics. Rang previous vet, went there for 11 AM, he took one look and said the worst was over. $50 consult, warned us drugs given at AdelaideVet could damage kidneys, cut dosage and followed up a couple of days later. And AdelaideVet were busy (mainly dogs), Lord knows what they were paying, ... read more
