I felt like we did not have the best experience at this dentist office. As my daughter was undergoing sedation, we were not notified of the change in plans for her dental procedures and the unexpected costs of undergoing these procedures. My husband and I felt that we should have be notified of any procedures before they were done to our five-year old daughter.

Will not be returning! To charge someone $110 emergency fee without telling them this fee will be implemented prior to check out is horrible. ! I would never have came in as it wasnt an emergency and nothing was done but pictures ! Just disgusted with entire visit.

I was very disappointed with our recent visit. When I expressed my concern over too many X-rays being required for my son, Dr Adam explained the practices stance in X-rays being required to protect their practice. While I understood the legal ramifications for his concern, he made it quite clear that if I forgo X-rays, he would find us another dental practice to go to. I found him rude and condescending. The routine visit went well but the office computer system was down so we were unable to check if xrays were needed and if they are, I would have to make another appt.

I usually have only positive things to say about our visits. However, on this particular day, I rushed to get to my appointment on time only to wait almost 45 minutes to be seen. I had to remind the staff that I was there. I was even more annoyed because, as I explained to the staff, I was only there with my child for a quick follow up. If appointments are running this late perhaps you can text or call the patient to let them know not to rush, especially when we are coming from work and school. Why wasn't I told that I had to pay my bill upfront until after the service and now I have to wait for my insurance to pay me back. I will never use this dentist again.

I brought my 3 year old child there 2 years ago and the dentist said he had 2 cavities and scheduled to fix them. I was uneasy with this and luckily brought my child to my dentist who did not see any cavities. My child was followed closely every 3 months to watch those two teeth and now it is two years post and there is still no cavities. This is almost criminal. apparently its ok to go back 3 years to review what has been paid and request more money than was previously requested and when you try to speak with a Dr-- the staff does not forward the message--OR the DR DOES NOT FEEL LIKE THEY HAVE TO RETURN YOUR CALL. Too bad - we enjoyed coming to the office prior to the last few visits. I used to recommend this office all the time but now feel like they have gotten to big to realize the needs of their clients!!

The dentist was very good handling an independent 2 year old who wanted to sit in the dental chair himself (without parent).
