I have been going to Dr. Guevara for several years. Able to schedule appointments quickly online. Friendly and efficient staff. Short wait times in the office. I have had two Mohs procedures, and several other issues handled with professionalism and efficiency. I have had poor luck with other dermatologists in the past. Love the treatment I receive at Dr. Guevara's office.
He is a very skilled doctor. He may not "hold your hand" but frankly, I'm much more interested in his experience and skill level at performing mohs surgery than whether he has fantastic bedside manner. I trust him with my skin cancer concerns and have been back many times for small surgeries. Next visit, tell him you want the "bicarb" pain shot mixture so the shots won't hurt -- my only gripe is that he doesn't do this automatically for everyone. It's great.
Cured very serious melanoma on my mother & kept her free of all cell removals for many years. Only doc to see if your skin problems are very serious. Detecting melanoma when only looked like a frackle. Love this office so much will never go to anyone else!
First office visit was extremely productive. Was seen by MS. Campos FNP-BC , explained my medical condition and recommend treatments. Jennifer (Medical Assistant ) was kind, courteous and attentive. Helen (Receptionist) was focused and accommodating for a new patient.
El Paso has needed a good dermatologist for awhile. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this office was different. Waiting room very calm. Kiosk for check-in. Office staff so pleasant. Saw nurse practitioner first, then Dr. Guevara. Both explained everything. Never thought I was being rushed. Gave me lots of info. I will tell everyone about Dr. Guevara!!

He has staff do all his work. Leaves gashes in your face. Personally, not trustworthy in my opinion.
