Went in about a horrid rash. The Dr. only looked at my skin and diagnosed it. Wanted to sell me expensive creams and an immune suppressor. Went to a different Dr. for a second opinion who gave me a biopsy and turned out it was not what this first Dr. had guessed. I was out the money for the expensive cream but thankfully I never filled the immune suppressant prescription ($$$$). Find a doc that will actually run a test instead of guessing what might be wrong with you.
I would not step foot in Dr. Guevara's office again!!! I was left with a hugely visible scar on my nose after the removal of a cyst. I returned to Dr. Guevara to try and fix the appearance of the scar & smooth out the raised surface, but the procedure was unsuccessful. He basically took something that resembled a scouring pad & scratched the skin off my nose until it bled. I truly question if this man knows what the heck he's doing! And his P.A. Cynthia Campos doesn't fare any better!
The Dr. misdiagnosed my condition and had no alternative suggestions. I saw him the first visit briefly where he was smugly confident of what I had. Lab results showed he was wrong. I never saw him again in subsequent visits just his assistant. Not recommended.
Horrible experience. Took my 4 year old for a minor procedure....had us waiting very long and had to inject him 3x with Lido....they traumatized my kid!!! Dr Guevara has absolutely no patience with children!!!! Don't take your children there!!! I will never go back there again!!!!
Horrible customer service, Crystal at the reception desk. Losing a customers for Dr. Guevara because of her lack of customer service....
rude and inconsiderate. staff demanded i sign a waiver that in case of malpractice I can only sue him in texas ,where there is cap on damages.im from new mexico where no such cap exists. never informed me ahead of time about this waiver. when i refused to sign he labelled me hostile.if your from new mexico refuse to sign, and do not sign away your rights. horrible experience avoid him, he has other bad reviews.
