Used their vision services for most of my kids and have been happy except when we went in today. Receptionist was snotty and short. Also had to fill out new patient paperwork even though we've been going for years. When told I have issues holding a pen due to a disability I was laughed at and told to fill out the paperwork anyway. Ok done fine my hand and wrist are horrible but what ever! Then the wait! Everytime I bring my daughter here, I wait over an hour past her scheduled appointment. It's literally the worst. I will be switching dentists.
I for one am not very pleased with their services. My 11 year old son was told today that the filling he got not even 3 months ago, fell out because of improper brushing. Um, I dont think so. To add to this, all the dental hygienists didn't even talk to the kids , they were too busy talking amongst themselves. These kids need to have good experiences to enjoy going to the dentist. Hopefully they step up their game, or its time to find a new dentist office.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My 4 year old son has a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist we have been to this location twice now and both times all the employees were extremely rude. The dental assistant we had barely said two words to my son before trying to clean his teeth he was visibly scared and upset and I figured they would be trained to help calm the kids nerves and explain things better considering it is for children. Honestly, I wish I could give them zero stars! I took my young son here for a "last minute" dental cleaning due to a scheduling mix-up at his regular dental office (which we love!). The staff was rude to me as well as my child. They were doing a treatment on his teeth, which was causing him discomfort to his mouth due to everything they tried to cram into his mouth. He kept trying to tell them that it was hurting him, in which they told him it was not. They also kept telling him to be quiet and he wasn't allowed to cry or ma... read more
