I opted to get my daughters wisdom teeth removed from this place after having a wonderful experience with my son. Today, my daughter had oral surgery and I was definitely un impressed. While the staff up front was phenomenal, the man behind the scenes had to stick my daughter 5 times before a successful IV. He was also very rude to her. The other gal that wheeled my daughter out of surgery was very rude and arrogant. I have taken mt kids to this office several times. I have normally been ok with the service and staff; but, I went in 15 minutes early on July 12th for appointments scheduled since January and the front office told me the appointments had been cancelled do to them not being confirmed. I am so upset that I was turned away. People take time off of work to take care of their kids teeth and I'm sorry I couldn't be on my phone the ten times you called, But I did show up to this appointment and my kids were early!!! now I need to ... read more

They were doing a check up and afterwards they decided to go a protection glaze on her teeth. The lady kept jamming the teeth separator so far back into her mouth that she was bleeding in the back of her throat! Not only that but now her gums are so swollen and red and she's in so much pain that she was unable to sleep all night long! If you are thinking of going to Adventure Dental, I absolutely do not recommend it! We have gone to the adventure in Longmont for at least 5 years. It used to be well organized and friendly staff. That has been a thing of the past.
