This is billed as a high quality care facility. We paid tremendous amounts of money to place my mother at Aegis. We were forced to pay for "fall care", and yet when she rang her call button, it took staff 45 minutes to come to help her. An ambulance would have arrived sooner. Some of her belongings were stolen by staff. We met with the director several times, and no changes took place. This place is like a used car lot. The extra services you pay for are implemented poorly. The staff turn over is off the charts but they boast memory care? The only good thing but still not worth the inflated rents is the dining services and food. I decided on keeping my love one at home.
