There are really no words to convey my appreciation for Aegis Fremont. The decision to have a parent move into a Senior Living Home is a major step - to trust others to care for a loved one. Not only did Aegis provide community, good food, a healthy environment, medical support, fun events, a clean & comfortable living unit, and regular check-ins via Facetime and emails - they most importantly have an AMAZING staff that go above and beyond. I'm super pleased with the care that my dad received at Aegis before he passed away last year end. All staffs there are so friendly, professional, warm-hearted, and very detailed. They worked with my dad's hospice very well, accommodated my extra needs for my dad. During the very difficult covid-19 pandemic period, they gave us the greatest and warmest help and support. I wish I could give a higher rating than five because Aegis Living is Fremont has been incredibly helpful, caring and professional. Everyone there goes above and beyond to make the residents feel part of a family. We initially moved my mother into the Assisted Living area, which she loved. It was truly her new home. My father was transitioned directly from the ER to Aegis of Fremont as he was no longer able to care for himself or live alone. Aegis of Fremont made the transition for our family and my father stress free and seamless. Aegis had their representatives at the hospital assessing my dad and managed the entire transition with care and attention to detail. Great place to visit . Joe the LVN is amazing always going above and beyond . Sashi , Diana , Mary Rose are amazing as well . One thing for sure is these people go the extra mile . Scott in activities always cheerful . Chef Alex in the kitchen is amazing ! Great place to visit .

I'm very pleased with the care that my parents are receiving at Aegis. The staff are all friendly, caring, and professional. My dad, who was initially very resistant to coming to a care facility decided he wanted to move to Aegis for good after only his third day of his trial stay [they call them respite stays in the industry]. They find the food tasty, the facilities clean, many of the residents friendly, and the right level of activity in the daily routine. Most importantly, they adore the staff. My father in law lived at Aegis for almost three years, and we visited him regularly in his new home. At first, the biggest appeal of Aegis were the two pianos they had available, because my FIL had been a piano player for over 7 decades. We will always be eternally grateful to the staff at Aegis Living for the kindness, care and compassion that was shown to my father in the Memory Care section. My father has since passed away, but the peace of mind that we had from knowing he was safe at Aegis was worth its weight in gold.
