Aegis Rodger Park has incredible amenities, friendly staff, and good food. The nurse techs remember everyone by name and truly care. There are so many programs! A theatre, pool, salon, craft room, hobby room, chair exercise room, billiards...you name it! Weekly cleaning and laundry services too.

My family toured this location last week and we really loved it. It is a bigger location but we felt that would be better for my grandmother since she is very social. The marketing coordinator answered all of our questions and were happy with the experience.

This community is absolutely gorgeous and the staff are out of this world amazing! You don't know senior living until you've experienced this community at Aegis.

This community is a total gem! Absolutely amazing amenities and gorgeous surroundings and facility. Administrative staff are amazing, caring and engaged. Would be five stars but found uneven care from caregiver/med tech staff. Some of the caregivers were less engaged and not as competent as I would have liked. Mary Miller is a gift to anyone who is managing the care of an aging parent. I leaned on her so much. And Nick Spongaugle was as delightful and caring director as one could hope for. I believe there is a Sarah Nelson and a kid name Asher who work at this facility and all I've heard of is great things about these amazing individuals going above and beyond to help my friends mom who is staying there and really making the best out of every minute in their workday I think someone should acknowledge them for the amazing work they do

Aegis at Rodgers Park has allowed my mother to bloom in ways that leave my jaw on the floor. Mom was living independently with dementia. This meant she was isolated, lonely and in danger of multiple household hazards. Believing she was just fine, she also refused to make a change. A solo-car accident was the segue into assisted living. While mom wants to return home, as so many in her situation do, she is engaged socially and emotionally, and her needs are taken care of. My mother was recently at Aegis for a month on a respite stay. This was her first experience with assisted living, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the staff at Aegis. The first point of contact was Joan in Marketing; she was and remains compassionate, honest and has provided many resources for me and my family. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's beautiful but it's all a facade; Rooms for services that don't exist. My relative was in assisted living 2 years and then memory care less than one year before we moved her out. The last incident was when she fell out of bed and layed on the floor for an undetermined amount of time resulting in head, neck, and back injuries. It's a nice facility, but care is substandard. They create a care plan which is designed to charge for the services needed by the resident, but no accountability for delivering those services. My mother never consistently got the care we were promised (e.g., got one shower per month vs. 3 per week in the plan, almost never wearing her compression socks vs. paying to have these on each day).
