Please please do not trust this facility with your dear loved ones. I had to constantly manage the care team. It was a full time job some days. One example of MANY...They let my mother sit on her commode for twenty minutes unsupervised. She has heart failure and could have easily fallen. They are all about sales. Then when you get in there, they don't follow through on what they said during the contract signing. One of their staff members literally pried my mother in law's wedding ring off of her finger on her deathbed and stole it. When confronted about it, they claimed that they never saw her wear a ring. Funny, how she lived there for years, and never took it off.
