There isn't anyone in this office who isn't upbeat, competent and courteous. This office has all the bells and whistles plus good old excellent customer service.
The dental hygienist did a great job making me feel comfortable as she did the deep cleaning on the right side of my mouth. The gel helped to delete any pain.
As usual everyone was accommodating, on time and just so helpful! I can't say enough good things about them.
Another visit to Dr. Kollia's office that went perfectly smooth. Since moving to Seattle from the East coast I had searched for a dentist that didn't loom over you with pointy-sharp instruments and an almost evil grin that would make you wonder when the *MuaHAHAHA* sinister laugh would commence. while most resist going to dentist ---I find the visits always pleasant w/ such an upbeat staff --like going to visit friends ---they do a great job and couldn't ask for better service & care
I only write reviews when I am very impressed or very disappointed. I received two fillings yesterday and have never had a better experience at a dentist. She applied the right amount of anesthesia, such that I did not feel a bit of the often nausea inducing drilling, nor did the effects linger much beyond the appointment (previous dentists have always either fallen too far in one of those directions).
