The people at Aesthetica - from the front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr. Kollia - go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They show a great degree of care and personal attention to their patients, and they work to help educate on how to improve your oral care during each visit.
I was amazed of how detailed Dr Kollia and her staff were during the Cerec crown process. They explained the how process, showed me lots of pictures and even allowed me to observe the process of making the Cerec crown. Two hours later I was walking out the front door with a new crown without any followups or temporary crowns etc..........

The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs and concerns. The tracking of my personal dental health using photographs is interesting and helpful. This strategy helped me actually see the issues I needed to fix and the progress the hygienist painlessly took care of.
Went in for my regular cleaning, and Jamie did a great job, as usual, bringing in Dr. Kollia to investigate when she found a tiny chip. Luckily it's not a problem (yet) as long as I take care of it. :O) It's always a pleasure to come in, knowing that my teeth are well taken care of and visiting great friends at Aesthetica.
What makes Aesthetica different from any other dentist I've visited is how transparent they make their process. They literally took pictures of my teeth to show the results before and after my cleaning. Everyone on staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their dental services.
I have the best time when I visit Aesthetica. The staff not only does a great job and is very attentive, they also have the personality that their competition lacks. I recently moved away from Seattle, however, I will continue to drive to Aesthetica for all my dental needs.
I had a great appointment yesterday. I have been to three appointments at Aesthetica Dentistry. My first was great, my second was bad and now I have just had my third and it was also great. At my last appointmet the Dental assistant who was cleaning my teeth was really rough and not careful at all around the areas of my teeth that were more sensitive. Dr. Kollia is by far the best dentist that has ever treated me. She is so patient, kind and professional. I am an anxious patient and I never have to worry when she's working on me. She doesn't force treatment on me..she only does what is best for me. The best part is..I never have any pain when she sees me!!
