I just called and spoke with Hazel. She got me completely rented in under 20mins. She was extremely professional, kind, respectful, answered all my questions and advised me on the 3rd month promotion with auto-pay. Tina was amazing. I was a bit confused and had trouble with the code this was in no part due to anything wrong with the service or your system. It was completely on my end. She was very patient and kind and stayed on the line until we were able to get in and find out unit. I work in a call center myself and recognize quality service and now how difficult helping clients over the phone can be and she did a fantastic job!

The customer service was great! She took her time and showed us multiple units and explained pricing. She also made sure the move into the storage was smooth. She checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed.. she was a all around sweet person. If I ever need another unit I would definitely rent from the Des Moines location again..
