Theresa is the mast nice and helpful person she made my rental a pleasure i really enjoyed talking with her and i love the concept of this storage facility. She needs a big raise !! Ive met a new friend i enjoyed my experience of getting a storage space because moving is stressful and theresa made it not be that way with my getting a storage space. Thanks bunches!!!☺

My wife called a week before we needed to check in to see if there was space available and had the opportunity to work with Theresa. She was extremely nice, professional, and provided great information regarding storage unit sizes and prices. The check-in process was consistent with our phone conversations. The facility itself is clean, well organized and safe. We are confident with our decision to secure our belongings at Affordable Family Storage!

Theresa is a fantastic helper. I told her what I needed on the phone, set up a time I could come in the next day, walked me through everything and was terrific. I have only done this once before years ago and didn't remember what all was in tailed. She was really an appreciated help. Several people came in while my nephew and I was there, and she also treated them with respect and understanding. She is a great asset to your company.

I needed storage while in between houses. Theresa and Becky are both very helpful and personable. I didn't know what to expect from a storage place. These two made the process a breeze. I appreciate the location having multiple entry points, carts to use to move things in and out, and the fact it is temperature controlled. Takes away the worry about electronics being ruined. Great people. Nice clean storage facility.
