William Bray is a phenomenal customer service rep. He was polite, efficient and able to answer all of my questions. He made himself available to me to patiently explain how things work and how I can best utilize affordable housing resources. He made a compelling case for upgrading to the paid account options but wasn't pushy at all. All star representative.
