Hi, I'm new to Affordable Housing. I called today and I was so happy to get Elana!!! She first corrected my listing as it wasn't appearing online. Elena immediately fixed the problem, and my property was visible! Then she helped me through the process and provided some insight to questions that would be helpful to ask tenants. Called and spoke with Elena and she was absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable and helped me with locating my account and getting me access to it. Even though I was terminating the plan she was very helpful.
