Brianna is AMAZING!! Not only did she help me but she helped my tenant and I on the phone together for over an hour. I am extremely impressed with her patients kindness and helpfulness throughout the process. My tenant is not technology efficient and Brianna made it so easy for her to enroll in the site, appy for the property, and troubleshoot along the way. She also Went above and beyond to insert information where needed. Thank you so much and you deserve a raise as well as promotion to train other staff!!

It was very easy to communicate and get answers to my questions. I activated my account and received very clear instructions and suggestions from agent Kemar, who was very polite and professional.
I was really overwhelmed when I tried to do things on my own. Gloria not only made it so easy, she made me laugh. I felt - and feel - really relaxed and secure which is rare when it's online forms about something so important.
