Kemar is the only one who genuinely want to help me retrieving my account after someone hacked into it. This issue has been going on for 2 weeks now and I was so frustrated but he was so understanding and patient, he even gave me his direct phone number to reassure me. He is the best agent I spoke to from AH and you are lucky to have him. He deserves a salary increase tbh. Kemar small did great . However before kemar I spoke to Lucy who transfered me to a voicemail . She told me to hold but cold transfered me . Kemar was able to completely help with the reason I called and he also noticed an error on my deed that I hadn’t recognized in 11 years .
