Fantastic company. They had to reschedule my delivery day because they were doing a party for their employees (love that) and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. On the delivery day, we were moving that day and I didn't have the key to the house and the movers were very patient with me while I tried to figure out how to get in. Really really nice movers, very careful, very patient. Would recommend them time and time again.
First of all, Yelp makes my life easy. I can't make any decisions before checking with Yelp and get their ok on hiring. This is a hard lesson learnt over the terrible experience with one deceitful car rental office (see my previous post). Now I only use Yelp-endorsed professionals. We called them on a Wednesday, they returned our call within an hour. They moved the piano that Saturday. They told us they would give us a 3-hour window for delivery and they were within that window. Then they called a half hour before delivery, like they said they would. It was very efficient and they did what they said they would. We were very happy with their service!

Affordable Piano Movers did an outstanding job. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Frank and his father were here on time, were extremely professional and moved our console piano up two flights of stairs (including a tight turn). I shopped around and their price was the best. I highly recommend this company!
These guys were professional, courteous, punctual and very careful with my cousin's antique piano! From the first phone call to the delivery, I was very satisfied with the customer service we received. Prices vary upon piano size, but are very reasonable and affordable. And we didn't have to wait very long for the delivery date.
I am so happy we hired Frank and his team. From booking to moving day all went very smooth. The movers treated our Piano with extreme care.
