What is stated here from other reviewers is 100% accurate. Frank and his dad moved my piano. They were professional, friendly and warm. I wish that they could move other furniture. I would hire them over and over again. They are great and very affordable!
Had the best experience using this company. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable about pianos. You can't beat the price. They are very good at communicating when the pick up and delivery will happen. Courtesy call the night before with your two hour window and courtesy call 30 minutes upon arrival.
I bought a little spinet from another family through Facebook marketplace for my little boys. These guys were recommended on Facebook and here on Yelp. The owner, Frank, was very helpful. The movers called me and the piano owners the day before the move with a 2hr time slot. They came during the said time slot. The other family said the movers were quick, efficient, and careful. They got to our home within the said time. They were able to easily deliver the piano. My boys are happy, and so am I. Thank you!
This was super easy to set up. Called the owner to arrange a day, he called the day before to give me a time window, they were very fast and careful with our piano and the price was affordable! Thank you very much. I would highly recommend this company.
Fantastic company. They had to reschedule my delivery day because they were doing a party for their employees (love that) and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. On the delivery day, we were moving that day and I didn't have the key to the house and the movers were very patient with me while I tried to figure out how to get in. Really really nice movers, very careful, very patient. Would recommend them time and time again.
First of all, Yelp makes my life easy. I can't make any decisions before checking with Yelp and get their ok on hiring. We called them on a Wednesday, they returned our call within an hour. They moved the piano that Saturday. They told us they would give us a 3-hour window for delivery and they were within that window. Then they called a half hour before delivery, like they said they would. It was very efficient and they did what they said they would. We were very happy with their service!
