Had to get a Covid test for coming in out of Florida high Covid state. Went Saturday afternoon and results s were negative in 24 hours wonderful

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This urgent care is so unprofessional I am fuming. I went to see a doctor, but was seen by a nurse without being informed that she was not in fact a doctor. She ordered a CT scan that I was later told she was apparently not qualified to order, and then filled out the form wrong, so when I had to drive an HOUR to my CT appointment, they could not complete the request. Terrible clinic. They did not treat my family member but had the audacity to keep billing us and threatening to send to collection agency even through insurance had already paid...avoid at all costs!

Was visiting from out of state. Very friendly and informative staff. The doctor spent time and I didn't feel rushed.
