The doctor did not care about the cold that I had. He was more fixated on me being pregnant. He was talking to me about labor and vaginal swabs while I was sick as a dog waiting for him to prescribe me some medicine that he never did. The two have NO tie to one another. Like there is NO reason he should be talking to me about that. He is not my OB at all. He then said I had allergies just by looking at me, not even checking my lungs or giving me a strep test, but said this because the bags under my eyes. I said I am pregnan... read more

I had some trouble with my insurance card, but the girls at the front desk were SO helpful and worked for a long time to try and figure out what was wrong. They eventually were able to confirm my insurance card after much trouble. I feel lucky that it happened at this clinic and not another place where I might not have gotten all this help, especially since I am from Europe and going to the doctor in another country can be confusing and frustrating.

The two ladies at the front desk are very nice, patient and polite. The doctor (is a male doctor, I do not know his name) is really good, not only he is very capable to treat my daughter's symptoms, he also educates us what to avoid in the future, he is also very knowledgeable about the effects of other supplements. we are very lucky to have him on duty on that day, teaching us the healthy way of living, totally worth the trip, highly recommend him and this urgent care.
