Our technician, Robert, was polite, honest and informative. He was good about wearing a mask and shoe covers (even though we told him he didn't need to). The service was excellent. He didn't try and sell us anything we didn't need. We asked him about a maintenence plan and after he finished fixing our A/C - we felt so good about Air Hawk and their service- we signed up. Thank you, it's refreshing to work with a company with honest employees!
