Airpros took care of our air conditioner in a timely manner.
I am a former service America customer with a disabled child at home. The care they took in accommodating us, making sure the repair did not interfere with our schedule or disrupt my sons day was exceptional. And they also gave us a service contract free for one year. I can’t say enough good things, I was very impressed and recommend them to anyone with an ac problem.
Had a new HVAC unit installed yesterday by Nicholas and crew. They are an amazing professional, knowledgeable, courteous group of men. They work very hard, very fast and very very neatly. Buying a new A/C unit is not on anybody's fun things to do list, but from the wonderful informative sales presentation by Fernando to the installation, everything went so smoothly. I have finally found an EXCELLENT AC company. The Customer Service is A++++. They had a tech out immediately. He was scheduled to arrive 11am-1pm......He arrived shortly after 10 am. Keddy Lewis, the tech diagnosed my problem and had me back up and running within 15 minutes. I can't say enough how professional he was and he explained to me with what the issue was and how to fix it. I will definitely call Air Pros ANYTIME I need AC service or when I am ready to upgrade my system.

Very happy with this service. Chris A arrived earlier than scheduled, he was professional and worked swiftly to fix my AC. He even gave preventative tips to extend the life of my unit. I was so impressed with this company, I will only call them in the future for all my AC needs.

the ac was at 82 degrees they ha sent Doug out to find out it was a simple fix with my thermostat needed to be replaced under 100 bucks thank you for being honest
