The Technicians Christopher and Juan Carlos are very professional. They call before arriving on the schedule time to my home. They completed the job without any interruption to my job responsibilities at home. They work as a team so every process of the installation was check again to assure it was completed correctly. I did not have a good experience with them. I had an emergency repair and was scheduled for 2-4 pm. I finally, after calling 3-4 times had someone show up at 10pm. they repaired it but they did not recognize that I had a warranty because the system was only 10 months since they installed it. I had a bill of over $1,100 including a service contract, that I already had and did not need. I have called 4-6 times trying to get a refund and the latest person told me that it may take 100 days to get the refund. They repaired the ac... read more
Had an issue with my AC unit, the field supervisor cam out the next day which was great. We talked for a little about my motorcycle for sale and he was interested! no problems yet. After the bad news of my AC coil needing replaced on my unit for 2200 he went to the attic to check my duct work. After about 2 minutes and a few pictures later he came down and said I needed new ducts for 12,000 but if I could do a deal on my motorcycle it would only be 8,000. Hmmm imagine that!! I had not a good experience with them, After site visit with Technician, we scheduled for a specific day later I spoke to main office and I explained again my priorities and they approved everything. Sold a 40,000.00 system and it is flawed and not correct. They are running a 240 volt condensation pump on a 110 volt extension cord. There are sharp screws sticking out of unit where they screwed in UV power supplies. The pipe is leaking and destroying the box they have the unit on. The box was cut wrong and they tried to cut it in place and gouged it. They broke the drain line in the wall. They sent 2 technician to figure it out why my 2 year old compressor was overheating. The first was completely clueless, and lied about replacing the capacitor, left without fixing it. The second tech claimed he was a supervisor, didn't even bother looking at the outside unit. With a gauge, he measured the air flow and claimed I had a high static pressure, took the breaker out of the unit and started terrorising my wife and I about how we had a major leak on the ducts and that probably it was causing mold all over the house,... read more

I have had issues with the new unit they installed since day one. Some issues involved the unit not cooling and making very loud noises. At the binning they used to send someone to check it but they never communicate internally with the technician who would typically show up at my place unprepared and sometime without the right tools. Every 3 months I have the same issues and they would keep doing the same, sent someone unprepared and without any knowledge of what was going on.
