I put in my request in the morning to have a technician contact me and Ada at Air Supply contacted me right away! I was worried abut the air quality in the house and wanted the ac unit to be checked. Adrian came only an hour later and was professional and got right to work. Thank goodness we called them when we did and were able to identify the problem, dismantle, sanitize and clean the unit. The second time I used this company. Fast response, had the a/c fixed in 4 hour from initial call. Manuel did a good job. They offered to install an item that I would not need on a 15+ year old unit, otherwise experience was AGAIN great.
