Everything went well, the owner was very accommodating with explaining and understanding my needs. The technician needed customer services training and needed to clean up after the job was done.
I used this company twice before and was very impressed, therefore, I asked how much to install a new unit. Is was astonished!! Not only did I get an unbelievable price, but the workmen were polite, came on time, answered all my questions and cleaned up behind themselves. This company's employees go above and beyond in customer service. Five stars are not enough!!!
Reasonable price compared to others and great customer service!
Everything went well with this company. The thing I didn?t like or had concerns about was I wouldn?t get a warranty for the product if I didn?t buy another part that was suggested to me so, I felt kind of cornered to buy this part because of the warranty. My unit never had this extra part anyway. All is well. My unit is working and I?m not hot anymore. It should?ve been another way. I?m okay.
