I live in an old building and did not know how often the air ducts were cleaned. I found this company and they had very good reviews. When I called I was given a very reasonable price for cleaning the air ducts so I looked no further and hired them. However, when the men came and investigated, we were told we had a lot of bacteria and mold. Not a good thing. But the price changed drastically.
