Received a call from Mr. David, the owner, who was concerned about my previous review, which was mainly about the mess left on the carpeting in both bedrooms, and also the tiled areas. He said that it is not their policy to leave a mess, and apologized. I also apologized about my reference to the vent covers not being cleaned, when he said that the normal additional price is $9 per cover, He emphasized that that he never pushes his men to up-sell services beyond what the customer initially agrees to. They did not have a ladder to reach three ducts that were in the higher part of the ceiling but did do all the others They were prompt and on time and did a great job with cleaning out all the other ducts.
