I m working from home due to the virus and when my air conditioner started leaking I was worried that I wouldn t be able to get someone to help me. The dispatcher was very nice. They came within the hour (wearing masks). The technicians were professional and courteous and fixed the leak within minutes. I would definitely recommend to others and use them again myself.

They had me scheduled for 1-2pm today. They came around 10:45am. I appreciated the sense of urgency. They are very friendly guys that explained what was wrong to me. I even signed up for a maintenance contract that will prevent this issue again. I would recommend them to anyone.

The technician arrived on time. He performed tests. He explained what the problem was. He explained the options to solve this problem. I chose the best option. He added 2 lbs of refrigerant and stop leak product to seal very tiny pinhole. We started the unit. He checked the inlet versus outlet temperatures. The differential was very good at 18 degrees. Good work.

Received a call from Mr. David, the owner, who was concerned about my previous review, which was mainly about the mess left on the carpeting in both bedrooms, and also the tiled areas. He said that it is not their policy to leave a mess, and apologized. I also apologized about my reference to the vent covers not being cleaned, when he said that the normal additional price is $9 per cover, He emphasized that that he never pushes his men to up-sell services beyond what the customer initially agrees to.
