The service time was quick and prompt. I believe the ductwork was properly sanitized. Rita was lovely. But, they should be requesting permission for services that they are charging for before they perform the work. And I understand that 2 of 4 vents were put back in upside down and one had to be corrected by the tenant.

My AC broke on July 3rd at night....I contacted on Air Supply on July 4th and they came over the same day and fixed my issue....very few companies were open or willing to work on July 4th, but Air Supply did; very professional, efficient and left the work area clean...I will definitely use them again in the future.

This company sent out some guys to clean my air conditioner, and Santiago and his helper were prompt and efficient. They had my AC back up in less than an hour. I actually sent them to my mom's house to do hers a couple of days later. She was happy with their work as well.
