Their response besides professional was super fast. I called them on July 4th and they responded with a phone call immediately after I hit the � get a quote� button. The technician came an hour after that to the house and found the problem in no time. It turned out that the only problem was, needing to replace the batteries in the thermostat! When I asked what I owed, he said he could not charge for replacing the batteries....! It was so refreshing to find a honest business and on top if everything it was on a holiday. Will ... read more

AC was freezing up just before we left on vacation. Technician arrived within two hours after calling late Saturday afternoon! Ultimately we just needed a higher fan speed setting but the system got checked out and we headed out of town knowing everything was working properly. Very courteous and amazingly prompt service!
