This was an emergency and the tech arrived in 30min from the time I called. I had called another ac company but they said it was a 4 hour wait until the next available tech. Its too hot in Florida to wait 4 hours.

They were very quick to come to take care of the clogged line from the air conditioner and I appreciate that. The cost of the service however was quite high.
They are prompt, do good work, and even call you back.

Techs were scheduled to arrive between 1 and 3 pm. They arrived promptly at 1pm, checked my unit and made suggestions to improve my units efficiency. Work was completed in a timely manner and unit is working fine.

Their response besides professional was super fast. I called them on July 4th and they responded with a phone call immediately after I hit the � get a quote� button. The technician came an hour after that to the house and found the problem in no time. It turned out that the only problem was, needing to replace the batteries in the thermostat! When I asked what I owed, he said he could not charge for replacing the batteries....! It was so refreshing to find a honest business and on top if everything it was on a holiday. Will ... read more
