AC was freezing up just before we left on vacation. Technician arrived within two hours after calling late Saturday afternoon! Ultimately we just needed a higher fan speed setting but the system got checked out and we headed out of town knowing everything was working properly. Very courteous and amazingly prompt service!

I ended up having to get a new unit. Im someone that typically researches this type of thing before i pull the trigger, but i worked with them before and felt they were honest and fair! The main thing i really like� �. I call and they answer. I email� � they answer. Its the same people and they know my name. Everyone was super nice to work with :)
