They cleaned the drain pipe. Although I thought that I needed a new thermostat, they told me that was unnecessary and would be a waste of money. Refreshing -- when compared with my previous experience with a/c companies.

Honest company that cares about there customer
The service was poor but they have great customer service and made up for their mistakes. They had issues to complete the job, but stayed in my house until all the work was finalized. Then they sent the crew back to the house to make sure that everything was working properly. I was disappointed that when they arrived to start the work, they told me that I had to spend an additional $500 to clean up the A/C system with chemicals.
