Honest company that cares about there customer
The service was poor but they have great customer service and made up for their mistakes. They had issues to complete the job, but stayed in my house until all the work was finalized. Then they sent the crew back to the house to make sure that everything was working properly. I was disappointed that when they arrived to start the work, they told me that I had to spend an additional $500 to clean up the A/C system with chemicals. I was offered a UV light originally for $500.00 and when I said no, they called back the technician saying they would offer a 50% discount on the light if I got it at the time, so I agreed. I was charged $399.00 for the light. Upon writing my concerns on this site Daniel, the gentleman in charge called me and apologized for my inconvenience and made good on their offer by crediting back $150.00 to my account. Very nice people.
They did wonderful job, they also gave me a 25% senior discount. They also did a few extra things for me, they went above and beyond.
Company came out Sunday afternoon and repaired the problem. There was a billing issue which David was very responsive to and solved it right away. I have to say great customer service to take care of the repair and the billing so quickly, especially on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you!
It took two trips to get my leaky A/C fixed, but otherwise, everything was fine. Both Daniel (on the phone) and Yoan (in person) were knowledgeable, pleasant, and easy to work with.
