Yoan was great. Excellent customer service and professionalism.
Daniel the owner was easy to speak with as I expressed concern about finding reputable air conditioning experts that do excellent work with fair prices. This is serious concern, finding companies with integrity! A week or two after they did maintenance and cleaned the ducts. I heard a whistling noise, called Daniel. He scheduled a technician out the next day with no cost. He had promised he would do so if a problem arose. That made me happy. Very timely, came when I needed them in a crunch.
Responded within minutes and their technicians were at my house within an hour (on a Sunday). After looking at the unit, everything that needed to be done was explained to me in non-technical language, and as they repaired they continued to explain. Very professional people.
