Our unit broke down on a Sunday and they showed up after 2 h without charging extra for a Sunday. Capacitor was broken and they had a spare one even though our unit is pretty old (15 y +). All happy and cool again.

I was contacted the day before my request and asked if I was available. I was. Technicians were a little later than scheduled but I received a phone call. That meant a lot. On the expensive side but I'm cool and that's what matters.

Evelio Martinez was by far the best a/c technician I have ever used. He was honest and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He also gave me tips on how to best maintain the a/c. At no time did I feel that he was rushing to get out. He worked meticulously, with another technician), and had such a pleasant manner about him. Price was fair.
