I would simply like to know what the deal has been with the constant every-other-minute outages since mid July?The reps were saying there was damage somewhere, there were known outages, and now the rep is saying all is working and there are no issues. If there are no issues, why is my entire area (Hidden Valley region) experiencing the exact same service drops simultaneously? Because it's on AireBeam's end. 2/10 service. They are misleading people on speeds very slow and in and out service install and customer service do not talk to eachother
